• Take the N4 towards Witbank.
• Keep on The N4 past Belfast, Waterval Boven and Montrose.
• Turn left on the R539 towards Sudwala.
• After 8 km turn right towards Sabie.
• From Sabie take the R532 and continue to Graskop.
• When entering Graskop turn right at the second stop street and then cross over the next stop street and you will find us on the left hand side approximately 900m down the road.

1. Arrivals and Departures
   New arrivals can check into their rooms from 13:00 each day and no later than 22:00. Departing guests must remove all their belongings from their room, and check out, before 10:00.

2. Guest Behaviour
   The comfort, safety and security of our guests is of paramount importance to Mogodi Lodge. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests or staff will be requested to leave the lodge premises and will not be offered a refund. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff and property. Failure of any individual in the party to do so will result in the expulsion of the whole party.

Please Note: STRICTLY NO MUSIC, NOISE OR EXCESSIVE USE OF ALCOHOL ALLOWED !!!

3. Mogodi Lodge Property’s
   Guests will be expected to reimburse Mogodi Lodge for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviour during their stay.

4. Personal Property
   It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all times. Mogodi Lodge accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to property however sustained or caused.

5. Payment Methods
   Deposit payments can be affected by either:

• EFT

On arrival payments can be affected by either:

• Credit Card
• Cash

6. Pets

Regrettably NO PETS are allowed on the Resort, except for guide dogs.

7. Swimming Pool
   Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must not use the pool without an adult resident in attendance. Please do not use towels for Swimming; they are supplied for bathing purposes only.

8. Cancellation Policy
   Only written cancellations will be accepted. In the event of NO show the total cost of the reservation will be charged for. Mogodi Lodge cannot refund guests when checking out early due to unfavourable weather or any other reason. Special circumstances can be addressed with the Manager.

If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – 50% of deposit will be retained.
If cancelled 15 days or more prior to arrival – 75% of deposit be retained.
If cancelled 15 days or less prior to arrival – the deposit will not be refunded.

All deposits made for High Season are NON REFUNDABLE.

9. Children Policy
   Children of all ages are accepted at Mogodi Lodge. Children should be under supervision at all times and are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
